Returns & Refunds
Starting a return
To get your return started, just reach out to us at hello@fumebar.co.uk and if your return’s accepted, we’ll email you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damaged parcel or wrong items
Please double check your order when you get it and let us know as soon as possible if anything appears damaged or we’ve sent the wrong items - we‘ll get it sorted it for you right away!
Unwanted & unused items
If you decide to change your mind after ordering, you have 14 days after you’ve received your delivery to ask us for a refund. The items must be in a new, unused and resalable condition, and in their original unopened packaging.
You’ll then have another 14 days to get the items back to us after we’ve been informed. For unwanted and unused products, you will have to cover your own return shipping costs.

Faulty/defective products
If you believe the product to be faulty or defective, please let us know as soon as you can - you’ll have 30 days from receiving the product to notify us.
After we’ve received the return and inspected the items, we’ll either replace the products or provide a refund (whatever you prefer).

Refunds
We’ll let you know when we’ve received and checked the items and give you an update on your return status. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method for all returned items.
(Please note, there may be a slight delay for your bank or credit card company to process your refund)
